Come and immerse yourself in self-care, relaxation and learning. This day will allow us to learn from a chef with over 20 years of experience and he will get us mastering our breadmaking skills.
Whilst we are waiting for our wonderful bread to come alive we will practice yoga, meditation and enjoy some mindful walks around Moel Y Ci.
Lunch, drinks and snacks will all be provided, along with all the yoga equipment.
