Hatha Yoga
A slower flow that focuses on strong movements and challenging holds. Improving flexibility and strength, with the use of breathing techniques to increase our energy in holds. Perfect for building up heat and moving the energy through our system after a busy day, moving into a relaxing element towards the end of the session. Suitable for all levels beginners or advance.
Yin Class
Discover the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga with the wonderful Catrin. Sink into a slow, gentle session designed to help you unwind, release tension, and recharge your mind and body. Just what we all need.
Align & Relax
A class designed to work on body alignment, creating strength and awareness in movement, and how breath can help us in our day to day lives. This class is perfect for someone looking for a beginners class or to relax in a slow-paced class. Designed for learning about body awareness, also great for rehabilitation or management of Musculoskeletal conditions. Suitable for all levels and ages, with the use of props to relax and support through the class.
Pilates
Excited to be introducing Pilate to the studio. Helping you build a strong base, with challenging positions and movements, and a whole lot of fun. Helps build focus, stability and improves posture. If you want to mix up your exercise routine, maybe this is the class to add in.

Yin Yang Yoga
