Meet the Team

Hello from Imogen,
I’m the founder of Imogens Yoga Moves, and I’m passionate about empowering your
wellbeing through movement. My inclusive yoga classes welcome everyone, from curious
beginners to experienced yogis. My deep fascination with anatomy and the mind-body
connection underpins my teaching, informed by my diverse background as a climbing coach,
clinical sports and remedial massage therapist, and yoga teacher (200-hour
YogaCourse.com, 85-hour Sally Parkes Pregnancy Yoga).
I further specialise in movement for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and hypermobility and hold
strength and conditioning qualifications. This unique blend of expertise allows me to craft
creative yoga flows tailored to individual needs, balancing strength and flexibility. I’m also
currently pursuing an MSc in Exercise Medicine with the University of Chester, and bring a n
ever-evolving understanding of the body to my yoga, movement therapy, and strength and
conditioning services.
I offer a range of services, from yoga classes, 121 yoga movement therapy, strength and
conditioning, and sports and remedial massage therapy. Get in touch to find out more!

Hello from Ceri,
I am the Pilates teacher, I am also a Personal Trainer and have passion for helping individual on their fitness journey. Off the mat, I’m always up for an adventure and challenge. My switch off place is in the mountains, the peace brings joy to my soul, and I am grateful to have Snowdonia on my doorstep. But if my body is feeling I little tired, you’ll find me in a coffee shop with a good book. My absolute go to are the Jack Reacher books, pure escapism. Movement is such a big part of my life, it has benefitted my physical and mental wellbeing in so many ways, and this is what led me into teaching. I’ve been working in the industry since 2012. I genuinely belie that helping people on their fitness journey is a privilege's, and feel blessed to be able to give people that space they need in their day. Come and see me for some of the self-care time.

Hello from Oriana,
I'm Oriana, and I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India.
It was an amazing and exciting experience that helped me understand more about myself, both mentally and physically, and gave me the opportunity to practice with people from all over the world. Yoga has been a part of my life for the past five years and it has grounded me, and helped me live in the present moment.
I teach Vinyasa yoga, which often involves a mixture of traditional yoga, flowy transitions and balancing poses. But don't worry I am all about that wonderful rewarding Savasana at the end of class.
Yoga always helps me feel better whenever I'm down, and that's why I want to teach yoga and help people feel better while moving their bodies.

Hello from Elin,
I’m Elin from North Wales. I’ve always been curious about movement and wellness, and yoga for me has been a way to connect to my body, mind and spirit. After practicing for a few years, I was introduced to the Ashtanga system which I connected to a lot. Practicing this sequence everyday made me strong and flexible (both mentally and physically), as well as more calm and disciplined, allowing me to find stillness in the mind and a flow.
I completed my 200h Ashtanga yoga teacher training in Mexico, and later lived and studied with my teacher in India. I am always learning more about yoga; from the physical asanas, pranayama (breathing), meditation, and the wider path of yoga and its philosophical teachings. Most recently I taught on yoga retreats in Thailand, teaching mixed abilities; my Ashtanga classes are quite dynamic, but I also love a slower, meditative Hatha or Yin practice.
Looking forward to practicing with you, and see you on the mat!

Hello from Catrin,
I’m Catrin originally from Anglesey but have recently returned to the area after a long period of travel. I completed my 200hr yoga teachers training in India and a 50hr Yin yoga training in Nepal. I loved my time in Asia learning more about yoga, the philosophy behind the practice, meditation and breathing practices. I also taught at various guest houses and at a retreat centre.
I’ve practiced yoga for 8 years, doing different styles depending on how I feel. I really love the combination of more active styles of yoga such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa, and balancing these with a calming and relaxing Yin yoga session.
I like to think of Yin yoga as a moving meditation which helps to cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves and our body. In the Vinyasa sessions I like to build momentum and a sweat through flowing movements, leaving students (and myself) feeling great in our bodies and what we can achieve through practice. Yin-Yang can be a great way to bring both together in one session! For me, yoga is all about how we feel in our bodies, and never a competition (often with ourselves!) or about how we look.

Hello from Kris,
I am Kris and I completed my yoga training in Thailand, and had the most wonderful time and she can't wait to share her experience with you all. Another secret I love flowers and I am a little bit of a master at creating flower masterpieces, when I am not teaching yoga. I am a cover teacher at the studio and I look forwards to seeing you all on the mat.

‘‘Introducing Imogen’s Yoga Moves into my routine is one of the best things I’ve done from a physical and mental state.”
