Meet the Team

Hello from Imogen,

Founder of Imogens Yoga Moves. I have a passion for helping individuals find movement that empowers them and helps their wellbeing.

My yoga classes are suitable for all students, whether you are just intrigued or if you class yourself as a yogi, I love to see you all. A fascination with anatomy and the connection between mind and body has always driven me in every step, from personal life to teaching others. After training as a climbing coach, Clinical sports and remedial massage therapist, and wellbeing courses inspired me to train as a 200-hour Yoga teacher with Yogacourse.com and a 85- hour Pregnancy Yoga teacher training with Sally Parkes Yoga. Further to this I have specialised in Movement methods for Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobility clients, and strength and conditioning qualifications.

My unique background offers a wealth of knowledge and creative ways to move the body and mind. My aim is to find a joyful way of finding a balance between fast and slow, strong and flexible. My approach to movement is individual to the needs of the clients in front of me. When I not on the mat, I love all forms of movement especially in the mountains, this s where I started my fitness journey and still has a special place in my heart. Imogen is currently a passionate Ultra marathon runner. Imogen offers a range of services, from yoga classes, 121 yoga movement therapy and strength and conditioning, and Sports and Remedial massage therapy.

Hello from Ceri,

I am the Pilates teacher, I am also a Personal Trainer and have passion for helping individual on their fitness journey. Off the mat, I’m always up for an adventure and challenge. My switch off place is in the mountains, the peace brings joy to my soul, and I am grateful to have Snowdonia on my doorstep. But if my body is feeling I little tired, you’ll find me in a coffee shop with a good book. My absolute go to are the Jack Reacher books, pure escapism. Movement is such a big part of my life, it has benefitted my physical and mental wellbeing in so many ways, and this is what led me into teaching. I’ve been working in the industry since 2012. I genuinely belie that helping people on their fitness journey is a privilege's, and feel blessed to be able to give people that space they need in their day. Come and see me for some of the self-care time.

Hello from Kris,

I am Kris and I completed my yoga training in Thailand, and had the most wonderful time and she can't wait to share her experience with you all. Another secret I love flowers and I am a little bit of a master at creating flower masterpieces, when I am not teaching yoga. I teach the Mindful Vinyasa class on Wednesday at 5.20pm. I look forwards to seeing you all on the mat.

Hello from Lowri,

I am delighted to be joining the team. I did my yoga teacher training in Thailand, which was amazing and insightful, I love to pass on what I learn to my students.

Since then I has been teaching some classes locally and keeping myself busy studying psychology in Bangor University.

I will be taking the Mindful Vinyasa class on Mondays at 6.30pm

‘‘Introducing Imogen’s Yoga Moves into my routine is one of the best things I’ve done from a physical and mental state.
