Come along and learn all about how relaxation can help us in our day-to-day life, and how to take those yoga practices off the mat. Suitable for all levels.
Here is some of what we all be covering:
A slow restorative yoga flow
Breathing techniques tutorials, including, ujjayi breath, cooling breath, alternative nostrils breath and others.
Learning about how breath can help our system
A long relaxation and meditation to end the session
