Come and experience two hours of working towards arm balances with lots of methods and techniques. Maybe you want more strength based in your yoga practice this might be for you. Maybe there are some poses in class you never try but would like too. This small number masterclass will give you that extra time to try those poses learn more about them and why we do them.
